앱: 스도쿠 리그 (Sudoku League)

■ 계정을 삭제하는 방법

방법 1. 앱에서 직접 삭제 (권장)
1. 앱을 실행하고 홈 화면 우측 상단의 사람 아이콘을 누릅니다.
2. 마이페이지 화면 아래쪽의 "계정 삭제"를 누릅니다.
3. 확인 창에서 "삭제하기"를 누르면 즉시 처리됩니다.

방법 2. 이메일로 요청
앱을 이미 삭제했거나 로그인할 수 없다면 contact@jaywithme.com 으로 요청해 주세요.
본인 확인 후 처리해 드립니다.

■ 삭제되는 데이터 (요청 즉시)

- Google 또는 Apple 계정 연결 및 계정 식별자
- 이메일 주소
- 로그인 세션(모든 기기에서 로그아웃)
- 닉네임 — "탈퇴한 사용자"로 대체되어 개인을 식별할 수 없게 됩니다
- 프로필 이미지
- Sign in with Apple 토큰 — 삭제와 함께 Apple에 취소를 요청합니다
- 대기 중인 매칭 요청, 사용되지 않은 대결 방 코드
- 경험치와 레벨, 그리고 마지막 경험치 지급 기록(혼자 하기·데일리·랭크 각 한 건)
- 받은 칭호, 장착한 칭호와 닉네임 색, 기법 계열별 사용 판 수
- 기기 내 저장 정보(게임 진행 상황, 통계, 설정)는 앱을 삭제하면 함께 지워집니다

■ 보관되는 데이터와 그 이유

- 대결 기록(승패, 레이팅 변동, 대결 시각)과 데일리 스도쿠 기록은 삭제되지 않고
  익명 처리된 상태로 남습니다. 하나의 대결 기록은 상대방의 전적이자 레이팅
  이력이기도 하므로, 이를 지우면 다른 이용자의 기록이 함께 훼손되기 때문입니다.
  이 기록에서 이용자는 "탈퇴한 사용자"로만 표시되며, 개인을 식별할 수 있는
  정보는 남지 않습니다.
- 신고 기록은 검토와 재발 방지를 위해 처리 완료 후 최대 1년간 보관한 뒤
  파기합니다.
- 로그인 식별자(이메일 주소, 소셜 로그인 식별자)의 단방향 해시값을 7일간
  보관합니다. 아래 "재가입 제한"을 확인하기 위한 것이며, 해시값은 원래 값으로
  되돌릴 수 없고 새 가입이 같은 계정인지 대조하는 용도로만 쓰입니다. 7일이
  지나면 자동으로 파기되며, 이용자의 기록이나 신원과 연결되지 않습니다.

■ 재가입 제한

계정을 삭제한 뒤 7일 동안은 같은 Google·Apple 계정이나 같은 이메일 주소로 다시
가입할 수 없습니다. 삭제와 재가입을 반복해 레이팅을 되돌리거나 신고를 회피하는
것을 막기 위한 조치입니다. 7일이 지나면 별도의 절차 없이 다시 가입할 수
있습니다.

■ 계정을 유지한 채 일부 데이터만 삭제하기

계정을 삭제하지 않고 특정 정보만 지우고 싶다면 contact@jaywithme.com 으로 요청해
주세요. 어떤 정보를 지우기를 원하는지 적어 주시면 확인 후 처리해 드립니다.
닉네임은 앱 내 마이페이지에서 언제든지 직접 변경할 수 있습니다.

다만 대결 기록과 데일리 스도쿠 기록은 삭제해 드릴 수 없습니다. 하나의 대결
기록은 상대방의 전적이자 레이팅 이력이기도 하여, 지우면 다른 이용자의 기록이
함께 훼손되기 때문입니다. 이 기록에는 개인을 식별할 수 있는 정보가 남지
않습니다.

■ 보관 기간

익명 처리된 대결·데일리 기록은 개인을 식별할 수 없는 상태이므로 서비스가
유지되는 동안 보관될 수 있습니다. 다만 그 판의 수 기록(리플레이)은 예외로,
계정을 유지하든 삭제하든 30일이 지나면 파기됩니다. 신고 기록의 보관 기간은
최대 1년이고, 재가입 제한용 해시값의 보관 기간은 7일입니다. 그 밖의 개인정보는
위 목록대로 요청 즉시 파기되며 별도의 유예 기간이 없습니다.

■ How to delete your account

Option 1. In the app (recommended)
1. Open the app and tap the person icon at the top right of the home screen.
2. On My Page, tap "Delete Account" near the bottom.
3. Confirm. The deletion is processed immediately.

Option 2. By email
If you have already uninstalled the app or cannot sign in, write to
contact@jaywithme.com and we will process the request after verifying your identity.

■ Data deleted (immediately on request)

- Your Google or Apple account link and account identifier
- Email address
- Sign-in sessions (signed out on every device)
- Nickname — replaced with "Deleted user", leaving nothing identifying
- Profile image
- Sign in with Apple tokens — revoked with Apple as part of the deletion
- Pending matchmaking entries and unused race room codes
- XP, your level, and the most recent XP award record of each kind (solo, daily,
  ranked)
- Titles you have earned, your equipped title and nickname color, and your
  game count for each technique family
- On-device data (game progress, statistics, settings) is removed when you
  uninstall the app

■ Data retained, and why

- Race records (results, rating changes, timestamps) and daily sudoku records
  are kept in anonymized form rather than deleted. A race record is also the
  opponent's history and rating trail, so erasing it would damage another
  player's record. In these records you appear only as "Deleted user", with
  nothing that identifies you.
- Reports you filed are kept for up to one year after they are resolved, for
  review and abuse prevention, and then destroyed.
- A one-way hash of your sign-in identifiers (email address and social sign-in
  id) is kept for 7 days. It exists only to enforce the re-registration wait
  below: a hash cannot be turned back into the original value, and is used
  solely to tell whether a new sign-up is the same account. It is destroyed
  automatically after 7 days and is linked to no record or identity.

■ Signing up again

For 7 days after you delete your account, neither the same Google or Apple
account nor the same email address can be used to sign up again. This stops
deletion and re-registration from being used to undo a rating or walk away
from a report. After 7 days you can sign up again with no further steps.

■ Deleting some data while keeping your account

If you want specific information erased without closing your account, write to
contact@jaywithme.com and say what you would like removed; we will handle it after
confirming the request. Your nickname can be changed at any time from My Page
in the app.

Race and daily sudoku records are the exception. A race record is also the
opponent's history and rating trail, so removing it would damage another
player's record. Those records hold nothing that identifies you.

■ Retention periods

Anonymized race and daily records carry nothing that identifies a person and
may be kept for as long as the service runs. Their move-by-move records
(replays) are the exception: those are destroyed 30 days after collection
whether or not the account still exists. Reports are kept for at most one
year, and the re-registration hash for 7 days. Everything else listed above is
destroyed immediately on request, with no grace period.
